| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨口腔护理冲洗加擦拭法在经口气管插管患者中的效果.方法:经口气管插管患者100例,随机分为口腔护理冲洗法(对照组)50例,口腔冲洗加擦拭法(实验组)50例.对两组患者口腔护理后口腔感染、肺部感染及口腔异味等方面进行对比研究.结果:实验组患者在口腔感染、肺部感染及口腔异味方面低于对照组,P＜0.01.口腔护理后效果优于对照组.结论:对于经口气管插管患者采用口腔冲洗加擦拭法可以减少口腔感染、肺部感染及口腔异味,降低并发症的发生率,增加患者的舒适度,提高了口腔护理质量,可在临床推广应用.
