| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂和氧化锌碘仿糊剂对替牙期乳牙根管充填后的临床疗效及对乳牙根的影响.方法:对2008年4月～2010年4月在本院口腔科就诊的患儿50例,年龄10～13岁,在1～2年内即将替换的乳牙60颗随机分成两组,分别进行氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂和氧化锌碘仿糊剂充填,观察两组患牙的临床反应,患牙牙根和糊剂的吸收情况,并进行统计分析.结果:用氧化锌碘仿糊剂做根管充填有短暂的炎性反应,而且糊剂吸收迟缓于乳牙的吸收.结论:对乳牙根管的充填氢氧化钙碘彷糊剂优于氧化锌碘仿糊剂.
