| 摘 要： | 目的:评价中西医结合治疗产后抑郁症的临床疗效.方法:全面检索外文数据库Pubmed (1979～201 0)、ScienceDirect (1989～2010);中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI) (1979～2010)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP) (1989～2010)和万方医药期刊数据库(WF)(1989～2010),收集单用西药与中西医结合治疗产后抑郁症的随机对照临床实验,制定文献纳入及排除标准,由2名研究者分别独立筛选文献,符合纳入标准的文献按Juni量表进行质量评价.应用Review Manger4.2.2软件进行Meta分析,计算治疗组与对照组的总有效率的比数比(OR)及其95％CI.结果:符合纳入标准的随机对照实验有9篇文献,共719例患者.Meta分析结果显示,中西医结合治疗能有效治疗产后抑郁症[OR=4.83,95％CI为(2.75 8.51),P＜0.01].结论:Meta分析提示中西医结合治疗与单用西药治疗产后抑郁症比较,疗效差异有统计学意义,但确切疗效仍有待于临床开展大规模、多中心随机对照试验(RCT)研究来证实. |
