新生儿高胆红素血症80例门诊服药疗效分析

目的:探讨门诊服药治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效.方法:2008年1月～2010年1月在我院儿童保健门诊就诊的足月新生儿高胆红素血症160例,依据抚养者的依从性分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服茵栀黄颗粒,对照组不予服药,分析两组第三和五天经皮胆红素值.结果:第三和五天治疗组比对照组黄疸值明显降低,未见不良反应.结论:足月新生儿高胆红素血症,门诊口服药物能有效地降低黄疸值,避免住院治疗、母婴分离,方便、经济,值得推广.

Effective analysis of outpatient medication for treating neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in 80 cases

Objective：To explore the effects of outpatient medication in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods：160 full-term neonates with hyperbilirubinemia in the child care clinic of our hospital outpatient department from January 2008 to January 2010 were divided into the treatment group and control group according to raisers′ compliance.The treatment group took Yinzhihuang Granules.The values of percutaneous bilirubin on 3,5 d in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results：Compared with the control group,jaundice value in the treatment group was decreased obviously without adverse reactions.Conclusion：Outpatient oral medications can effectively reduce jaundice values of full-term neonate with hyperbilirubinemia,avoid hospitalization treatment and mother-to-child separation,which is convenient,economic and worthy to be popularized.
