| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胆囊结石的大小及数量与胆源性胰腺炎的相关性.方法:回顾性分析2007年1月～2010年12月收治的2 352例有急性腹痛症状而就诊的胆囊结石及胆囊结石并发胆源性胰腺炎患者的临床资料,并根据胆囊结石的大小、数量,比较各组并发胰腺炎的发病率.结果:胆囊结石的大小与胆源性胰腺炎发病率呈负相关,胆囊结石的数量与胆源性胰腺炎呈正相关.结论:小结石及多发结石更易诱发急性胆源性胰腺炎.
