手术治疗30例消化道出血的临床分析

目的:探讨手术治疗在消化道出血中的治疗效果.方法:回顾性分析我科收治的30例消化道出血患者的临床资料.结果:通过综合分析患者病历资料,30例消化道出血患者的病因依次为:胃癌13例(占43.33％),小肠间质瘤4例(占13.33％),小肠憩室2例(占6.67％),胃十二指肠溃疡出血3例(占10％),急性糜烂性出血性胃炎3例(占10％),结直肠癌5例(占16.67％).30例患者均接受外科手术治疗,围手术期病死率10％(3/30).结论:术前明确诊断是提高消化道出血外科治疗效果的关键.

Clinical analysis on surgical treatment of digestive tract hemorrhage in 30 cases
