| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小儿特发性脊柱侧弯矫形术的手术配合.方法:本组患儿30例,在全麻下经脊柱后路行椎弓根钉内固定,植骨融合术的手术配合.结果:30例患者均矫正,术前Cobb's角平均76.8度,术后23.6度,平均矫正53.2％.结论:良好的手术配合对手术成功至关重要.

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the nursing cooperation in orthopedics of children idiopathic scoliosis. Methods：30 patients in this group were operated with the posterior spinal pedicle screw fixation and grafting bone fusion in orthopedics of children idiopathic scoliosis under general anesthesia. Results：30 cases were corrected. The Cobb＇ s angle was average 76.8° before operation and 23.6° after operation, the average correction reached 53.2%. Conclusion：Good cooperation is essential for operation success. |
