海马蛋白与学习记忆的研究

摘    要:学习记忆是大脑最基本也是最重要的高级神经功能之一,是中枢神经系统功能的整合.海马与学习记忆的关系密切,众多研究表明,损毁双侧海马的动物学习记忆能力明显下降,对动物的分辨学习、防御条件反应的保持及空间学习的能力都有破坏.中枢学习记忆的生理和病理过程与海马多种蛋白的表达具有密切关系,本文主要针对S100β蛋白、淀粉样β蛋白(Aβ)及tau蛋白对大脑学习记忆的关系进行综述.
