| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨原发性肝癌诊断中3种肿瘤标志物甲胎蛋白(alpha-fetoprotein,AFP)、CA125、CA199联合检测的意义.方法:选择52例原发性肝癌患者和56例肝硬化患者,用化学发光法检测所有患者血清AFP、CA125、CA199的水平.结果:两组间血清肿瘤标志物水平差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),原发性肝癌患者血清AFP、CA125、CA199阳性率分别为67.3％、80.8％、51.9％,联合检测阳性率为96.1％.结论:肿瘤标志物联合检测可提高敏感性,对原发性肝癌的早期诊断具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the value of combined measurement of three tumor makers AFP,CA125 and CA199 in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer.Methods:52 cases of primary liver cancer and 56 cases of liver cirrhosis were selected and detected serum AFP,CA125 and CA199 by CLIA method.Results:There were significant differences in serum tumor makers between two groups(P<0.05).The positive rates of AFP,CA125 and CA199 were 67.3%,80.8% and 51.9% respectively.The positive rate of combined measurement was 96.1%.Conclusio... |
