血液灌流治疗百草枯急性重度中毒疗效分析

目的:观察血液灌流治疗百草枯急性重度中毒的临床疗效.方法:总结我院31例急性重度百草枯中毒患者的临床资料.根据收治时间、是否进行血液灌流分为非灌流组16例和灌流组15例,非灌流组为百草枯中毒常规急救治疗,灌流组为百草枯中毒常规急救治疗基础上应用血液灌流进行抢救处理.结果:灌流组总有效率(53.3％)显著高于非灌流组(12.5％),组间比较差异有统计学意义(x2=5.907,P＜0.05).灌流组急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)、多器官衰竭(MOF)发生率显著低于非灌流组；死亡病例生存时间显著高于非灌流组.灌流组治疗12h后ALT、AST、CK、CKMB、LDH显著低于于非灌流组;氧分压显著高于非灌流组；无栓塞、休克等并发症发生.结论:血液灌流可降低百草枯对急性重度中毒患者重要脏器的损害,提高治疗有效率、降低并发症的发生.

Clinical effective analysis of hemoperfusion in treatment of acute paraquat poisoning

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of hemoperfusion for treating acute paraquat poisoning.Methods:The clinical data in 31 patients with acute severe paraquat poisoning in our hospital from June 2003 to June 2010 were summarized.The patients were divided into the perfusion group(16 cases) and the non-perfusion group(15 cases) according to treatment status.Hemoperfusion was used in the perfusion group on the basis of conventional application of first aid treatment of acute paraquat poisoning.Results:The...
