| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超激光联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗盆腔炎的疗效.方法:将我院门诊治疗的慢性盆腔炎80例患者随机分为两组,各40例.对照组,给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,给予口服桂枝茯苓胶囊,每次3粒,每天3次,饭后服用,超激光照射下腹部压痛点为主,照射治疗每天1次,14d为1疗程,以上治疗于月经期间停止治疗.结果:观察组和对照组痊愈率分别为55％和20％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:超激光联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎效果优于常规西药治疗,可推广应用.
