| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨难治性高血压的发病原因及治疗方法.方法:回顾性分析我院门诊难治性高血压23例的临床资料.结果:19例血压降至目标值以下,4例因各种原因血压无法达标.结论:对于难治性高血压除了合理选择降压药物之外,还需要实施健康教育、危险因素干预等综合治疗措施.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the etiological factors and treatment methods of refractory hypertension.Methods:The clinical data of 23 patients with refractory hypertension in our hospital outpatient department were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Among all the patients in this group,blood pressure fell below target value in 19 cases and did not arrive at target in 4 cases due to various causes.Conclusion:Except rational choice of hypotensors,the comprehensive measures including health education and risk factor... |
