| 摘 要： | 目的:观察丹红注射液治疗急性高原病的临床疗效.方法:将76例急性高原病患者随机分为对照组(n=37例)和丹红组(n=39例).对照组采用常规治疗,丹红组在常规治疗的基础上静脉滴注丹红注射液20 mL/d,连用5d.观察两组治疗前及治疗后3d、5d各个症状及症状综合评分,比较两组疗效.结果:丹红组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:丹红注射液治疗急性高原病有良好的临床疗效.
