| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨社区人群看电视时间与代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)的关系。方法:采用横断面调查方法 ,调查社区人群看电视时间并检测其主要代谢指标。结果:MS组与非代谢综合征(NMS)组相比,看电视的时间更长。与每日看电视时间少于60min的亚组相比,其余各组血压及各项主要代谢指标显著升高;每日看电视时间120～180 min及超过180 min的亚组均显著增高MS的风险OR:1.16(1.10,1.23);1.35(1.22,1.50);P<0.01]。结论:看电视时间超过120 min/d显著增加MS风险。
