| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨炎性乳腺癌诊治效果.方法:对炎性乳腺癌20例(inflammatory breast cancer,IBC)的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结IBC的诊断、临床特点和治疗经验.结果:20例中17例手术患者3年生存率52.9％,5年生存率47.1％,3例未手术者无3、5年生存率；两者生存曲线比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:IBC恶性程度高,预后极差,应采用以化疗为主的综合治疗模式,主张采用新辅助化疗-手术-术后放疗-辅助化疗-内分泌治疗的综合方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the curative effect of inflammatory breast cancer(IBC).Methods:20 cases of IBC in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed for summarizing the experience of diagnosis,clinical features and treatment.Results:Among 20 cases,the 3-year survival rate was 52.9% and the 5-year survival rate was 47.1% in 17 operative cases.3 cases without operation had no 3-year survival rate and 5-year survival rate.The comparison between the survival curves showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclus... |
