女性盆腔占位病变CT影像分析

目的:探讨女性盆腔占位性病变的CT影像特征.方法:回顾分析CT平扫及双期增强扫描诊断女性盆腔占位性病变100例的资料,所有病例经过手术、病理检查.结果:本组100例盆腔占位116个病灶中,子宫肌瘤32例,卵巢囊腺瘤及囊腺癌16例,卵巢上皮细胞癌12例,宫颈癌10例,卵巢畸胎瘤12例,卵巢囊肿14例,卵巢癌转移8例,子宫内膜癌8例,盆腔炎性包块4例,子宫内膜异位症4例,小肠系膜囊肿1例.CT准确定性诊断符合率达84.4％(98/116),准确定位诊断符合率86.2％(100/116).结论:CT对盆腔占位的定位定性方面具有显著优势,尤其对鉴别良、恶性肿瘤具有较高的准确性.

Analysis on CT images of female pelvic spaceoccupying lesions
