摘    要:目的:探讨胎儿小脑横径的测量在预测胎儿生长受限中的应用.方法:2009年7~12月来我院进行超声检查的孕妇,其孕周28~41周,应用彩色多普勒超声分别测量35例胎儿生长受限(FGR)组及35例对照组胎儿的小脑横径及常规胎儿测量径线.结果:(1 )FGR组胎儿小脑横径明显低于对照组,差异极有统计学意义(P<0.001);(2)正常发育胎儿小脑横径与孕周有较好的正相关性(r=0.940,P<0.001);(3)胎儿小脑横径与胎儿体质量呈正相关(r=0.884,P<0.001);(4)与胎儿双顶径、头围、腹围及股骨相比,小脑横径在单径线预测FGR时敏感性及特异性较其他径线佳.结论:单个胎儿测量径线以小脑横径对预测FGR有较高的敏感性及特异性.
