| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨心理干预在脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体康复治疗中的作用及对日常生活活动能力(activities of daily living,ADL)的影响.方法:将62例脑卒中后偏瘫患者随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组采用常规康复治疗,干预组将心理干预贯穿于治疗的全过程,采取综合干预措施.对每例患者分别在入院时、第二周、第六周进行ADL的测试.结果:Barthel指数(BI)干预组分别为:(26.41±9.47),(43.28±12.32),(61.71±13.21).对照组分别为(27.05±10.38),(42.51±13.21),(52.32±14.19).第六周时ADL评定比较差异有显著意义(P＞0.05).结论:心理干预在脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复治疗中起到了至关重要的积极作用,增加了患者康复治疗的依从性,治疗效果明显提高.
