| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超声造影评价肾动脉狭窄的价值.方法:对41例患者,先行双肾动脉的彩色多普勒血流显像(color doppler flow image,C DFI)和超声造影,将其结果和血管造影对照.结果:将3种方法的显示结果分为4种情况:正常,狭窄,能显示副肾动脉,显示不清.结果显示CDFI和其他两者比较差异有显著统计学意义(P＜0.01),而超声造影和血管造影比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:超声造影对于狭窄＞60％的肾动脉狭窄有确切的诊断价值,有望成为临床首选.
