| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨儿童股骨颈骨折的临床特点和治疗方法.方法:回顾性分析26例儿童股骨颈骨折单纯采用空心螺钉内固定的治疗、康复及预后情况.结果:本组26例,21例骨折愈合良好,5例发生股骨头坏死.结论:关节腔减压,闭合复位空心螺钉固定治疗儿童股骨颈骨折操作简单,有效,创伤小,可早期床上功能锻炼,愈合率高,并发症少.

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment protocol of femoral neck fracture in children.Methods:26 children cases of femoral neck fracture treated by hollow screw internal fixation were performed the retrospective analysis on the treatment,rehabilitation and prognosis.Results:Among 26 cases,21 cases were cured without complications.5 cases were avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Conclusion:Decompression of articular cavity with closed reduction and hollow screw internal fixation is... |
