| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨院前救治急性左心衰的实用方法措施.方法:采用三期九步法对68例患者进行院前急救.结果:68例患者中65例通过有效院前治疗安全转运回院,成功率95.6％；死亡3例,死亡率4.4％.结论:实用有效的院前救治方法是急性左心衰竭患者抢救成功的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the practical methods and measures of prehospital first aid for rescuing acute left heart failure.Methods:68 cases of acute left heart failure were rescued with the means of three periods and nine procedures for prehospital first aid.Result:Of 68 cases,65 cases were safely transported to hospital by effective prehospital first aid with the success rate of 95.6%,3 cases died with the mortality rate of 4.4%.Conclusion:The practical and effective prehospital first aid method is the key to ... |
