| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者行腹腔镜胃转流术围手术期的护理方法.方法:对7例2型糖尿病行腹腔镜胃转流术的患者,术前行护理评估,做好心理护理,严格监测并控制血糖,指导合理膳食；术后注意观察病情、监测和控制血糖,加强胃管护理,提供合理的营养支持,观察、预防并发症的发生,并注重出院指导及随访.结果:7例患者手术均顺利进行,术后1个月按糖尿病诊断标准做葡萄糖耐量试验均提示糖尿病病情好转；糖尿病相关并发症均有不同程度缓解,均未出现新的糖尿病并发症.结论:对2型糖尿病行腹腔镜下胃转流术患者给予精心围术期护理,可确保手术顺利进行,减少术后并发症的发生.
