盆腔淋巴结清扫术后淋巴囊肿形成患者的护理

淋巴囊肿的形成是妇科恶性肿瘤根治术后严重并发症之一,严重影响患者的生活质量,常伴有发热、下肢疼痛、下肢水肿、行走不便、腹胀、排尿困难。做好相关护理,减少淋巴囊肿的形成对提高患者的生活质量起着至关重要的作用。具体措施如下:(1)做好引流管的护理,预防淋巴囊肿的形成,主要通过掌握引流的部位、方法、时间来进行,同时严密观察引流液的性质、量、颜色,保持引流管的通畅,避免扭曲、粘连、阻塞、预防感染发生。(2)做好并发症如发热、下肢疼痛、排尿困难等护理。(3)做好患者的心理护理,消除紧张、恐惧心理,配合治疗。

Nursing care of lymphocystogenesis after pelvic lymph removal

Pelvic lymph removal is important in the treatment of gynecological malignant tumors, while lymphocystogenesis is one of the most severe complications, which affects the quality of life of patients. Lymphocystogenesis is often complicated with fever, pains and edema in the lower limbs, abdominal distention and dysuresia. The nursing methods included care of drainage tubes to prevent lymphocystogenesis, e.g. mastery of position, method and time of drainage, close observation of volume, color and substance of drains, keeping tube unobstructed, avoidance of twist, and concretion and prevention of infection, care of complications like fever, pains in lower limps and dysuresia and at last mental care to relieve their tension and tear to make them cooperative in treatment.
