| 摘 要： | 目的探讨髋臼骨折骨固定治疗方法及效果。方法总结1998年11月至2003年7月28例不同类型的髋臼骨折患者的手术治疗经验。结果28中随访27例，平均随访时间13个月，根据Matta平分标准，优16例，良7例，一般2例，差2例。1例因早期负重骨折移位，1例发生股骨头无菌坏死，2例发生髋关节骨化性肌炎。结论术前正确分析骨折类型、选择恰当的手术入路和及时手术是提高髋臼骨折治疗效果的关键.

Surgical treatment of different type of cetabular fracture |

| Abstract: | Objective To research the internal fixation and its results of acetabular fracture. Methods From November 1998 to July 2003, 28 cases with various of acetabular fracture had been treated with surgery. Results 27 cases had followed for average 13 months. According to the assess standards of Matta, got excellent in 16 cases, good in 7 caes, fair in 2 cases and poor in 2 cases. One had displaced after surgery because of early weight-bearing, avascular necrosis had occurred in one case and heterotoic ossification in two cases. Conclusion To analyse surgical chance are the key to improve the result of acetabular fracture treatment. |
