| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃肠道恶性肿瘤术中植入5-氟尿嘧啶植入缓释剂患者的安全性。方法将160例胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者患者随机分为2组，治疗组80例，行手术治疗并在术中植入缓释性5-氟尿嘧啶；对照组80例，予单纯手术。检测2组患者术前术后肝肾功能、血常规、凝血象等指标，比较术后并发症的发生情况。结果术后2组患者肝、肾功能，对骨髓抑制及凝血象无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；术后并发症发生率无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论术中植入5-氟尿嘧啶缓释剂用于治疗胃肠道恶性肿瘤是比较安全的。
