| 摘 要： | 报道14例急性局灶性细菌性肾炎的影像学表现，其中B超检查14例，静脉尿路造影（IVU）检查10例，CT检查9例。结果表明B超和CT检查均显示肾实质有占位性病变，IVU无特征性表现。认为急性局灶性细菌性肾炎易误诊为肾肿瘤，但动态的影像学检查，特别是在抗生素治疗前后进行对比观察，对诊断有重要作用。

| Abstract: | The imaging manifestations of 14 cases with acute focal bacterial nephritis were reported. All of which were performed with B-ultrasound. 10 of which with IVU and 9 with CT. The result showed that the irultrasound and CT examinations showed a solid mass in the symptomatic kidney,IVU had no specific finding. It was suggested that this disease was often misdiagnosed as renal tumor,and the dynamic imaging examination,especially before and after the treatment of antibiotics,was importent for the diagnosis of the diseases. |
