摘    要:目的:探讨脑梗死患者急性期血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)含量的变化及其与脑梗死面积的关系。方法:测定59例脑梗死急性期患者和43名健康体检者血清Hcy和hs-CRP的含量,并分析两者与脑梗死面积的关系。结果:除腔隙性脑梗死患者(P>0.05)外,大、小面积急性脑梗死患者血清Hcy和hs-CRP的浓度均高于正常对照组(P<0.05~P<0.01),并且随着脑梗死面积的增大,血清Hcy和hs-CRP含量亦明显增高(P<0.01)。结论:血清Hcy和hs-CRP与脑梗死面积呈正相关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the relationship between the changes of serum homocysteine (Hcy) and high-sensitivity C- reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels with the area of cerebral infarction in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: The levels of serum Hcy and hs-CRP in 59 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 43 normal controls were measured. The relations between Hcy and hs-CRP, and the area of cerebral infarction were analyzed. Results:Except for the patients with lacunar infarction (P 〉 0.05 ) ,the levels of serum Hey and hs-CRP in all the patients with large or small area of acute cerebral infarction were higher than those in the controls (P 〈 0.05 -P 〈 0.01 ). The levels of serum Hey and hs-CRP increased with the accretion of the infarction area (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusions:Serum Hcy and hs-CRP levels are positively correlated to the area of acute cerebral infarction.
