| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨预见性护理在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗过程中发生心室颤动的意义。方法：总结152例经皮冠状动脉介入治疗过程中实施预见性护理，预防和处理心室颤动的发生。结果：冠心病介入治疗过程中心室颤动的预见性护理有：术前评估及准备，术中密切观察心电监护，及时观察冠脉压力的变化，缓解患者的紧张情绪；6例患者发生心室颤动及时处理得以缓解。结论：冠脉介入治疗过程中，采取有效的护理措施能预防心室颤动的发生，提高抢救的成功率，降低患者病死率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of predicted nursing in percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） complicated with Ventricular fibrillation. Method In order to predict and manage Ventricular fibrillation, predicted nursing were performed in the PCI in 152 patients. Results Predicted nursing in percutaneous coronary intervention complicated with Ventricular fibrillation, including the preparation and evaluation before operation, close cardiac monitoring in the opreration, timely observation the change of coronary pressure and reliveing patients＇ nervous mood. 6 patients occurred Ventricular fibrillation in PCI, which were relived for the timely treatment. Conclusion： Effective nursing in PCI could prevent occurrence of Ventricular fibrillation, improve success rate of the rescure, reduce patients＇ mortality rate. |
