| 摘 要： | 本文报道２０例风湿性二尖瓣关闭不全病人静滴川芎嗪的治疗效果，结果表明静滴川芎嗪后心输出量增高，心肌收缩性能加强，肺瘀血减轻，全血粘度降低，动脉血氧分压增高，临床症状缓解。川芎嗪的临床效果可能与钙通道阻滞活性、降低肺动脉压，减轻外周阻力有关。静滴川芎嗪的良好血流动力学效应，对于术前纠正二尖瓣关闭不全患者的心功能不全有一定的意义。

| Abstract: | The paper reported that the effect of ligustrazin infused intravenously on 20patients with rheumatic mitral regur-gitation. The results shows that after ligustrazin infusedintravenously cardiac output increased,cardiac contractility improved,pulmonary ex-traavasated blood reduced,blood viscosity decreased,artery blood oxygen tension incresedand symptom improved.The effects of ligustrazin might be related to Ca influx block activi-ty,it might decreased pulmonary artery pressure and peripheral resistance. It is importantethat the effect of ligustrazin on hemodynamics could correct preoperation cardiac perfor-mance. |
