阿德福韦酯联合苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床研究

目的观察阿德福韦酯联合苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法146例慢性乙型肝炎患者被随机分为观察组70例,给予阿德福韦酯10mg/d,苦参素0.6g/d静脉滴注或肌肉注射;和对照组76例仅给予阿德福韦酯治疗。观察治疗24周时的应答反应情况。结果治疗24周时,观察组和对照组HBVDNA阴转率、ALT复常率、HBeAg阴转率和完全应答率分别为67.1%和50.0%、78.6%和58.9%、30.4%和11.5%及27.1%和13.2%,各指标均有显著性差异（P分别为0.0359、0.0076、0.0205及0.0344）。两组不良反应发生率相近。结论联合苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎能显著提高阿德福韦酯抗病毒治疗的早期疗效。

The clinical study on the effects of adefovir dipivoxil combined with oxymatrine in patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective To explore the effects of adefovir dipivoxil combined with oxymatrine in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods All selected cases of chronic hepatitis B were at random assigned into two groups. In observed group,adefovir dipivoxil was given 10 mg once a day and oxymatrine 0.4~0.6/d intravenously or intramuscularly for 24 weeks. In controlled group,adefovir dipivoxil was given alone. At the end of the therapy,the response were observed. Results At the end of 24 week therapy,the rates of virological,chemical,serological and complete responses in the two groups were 67.1% and 50.0%,78.6% and 58.9%,30.4% and l l.5%,and 27.1% and 13.2%,respectively （P=0.0359,0.0076,0.0205 and 0.0344,respectively.） Conclusion The combination treatment with adefovir dipivoxil and oxymatrine is an effective treatment for patients with chronic hepatitis B,and oxymatrine can enhance the effect of adefovir dipivoxil on anti-HBV capacities.
