平卧菊三七叶化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘    要:目的研究平卧菊三七叶子的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法、反相ODS柱色谱法、Seph-adex LH-20柱色谱法和HPLC法等进行分离纯化,并通过波谱分析技术鉴定其化学结构。结果从平卧菊三七叶子中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇-3-O-龙胆二糖苷(β-sitosterol-3-O-gentiobioside,1)、3-吲哚甲酸(indole-3-carboxylic acid,2)、蚱蜢酮(grasshopper ketone,3)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,4)、毒豆甲酮(drummondone A,5)、正三十二烷醇(n-dotriacontanol,6)和毒豆乙酮(drummondone B,7)。结论化合物1~3、5、7为首次从菊三七属植物中分离得到,化合物4、6为首次从平卧菊三七中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents of leaves of Gynura procumbens(Lour.)Merr.Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel colunm,C18 reversed-phase column,Sephadex LH-20 column and HPLC,and their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis.Results Seven compounds were obtained and identified as β-sitosterol-3-O-gentiobioside(1),indole-3-carboxylic acid(2),grasshopper ketone(3),β-sitosterol(4),drummondone A(5),n-dotriacontanol(6),drummondone B(7).Conclusions Compounds 1-3,5 and 7 are isolated from Gynura genus firstly,while compounds 4 and 6 are isolated from Gynura procumbens(Lour.)Merr.for the first time.
