海洋生物卤虫卵化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘    要:目的对海洋生物卤虫卵的化学成分进行研究。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、TLC制备薄层色谱和半微量制备高效液相色谱等技术进行分离、纯化,通过ESI-MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、2D NMR等谱学数据进行结构鉴定。结果从卤虫卵的体积分数95%乙醇溶液提取物中分离得到9个单体化合物,分别鉴定为甾醇类化合物:3β-羟基胆甾-5-烯-7-酮(3β-hydroxycholesta-5-en-7-one,1)、豆甾醇(stigmasterol,2)、胆甾醇(cholesterol,3);脂肪酸甘油酯类:α-棕榈酸甘油酯(palmityl glycerin ester,4)、(8Z)-2,3-二羟基丙基-十七碳-8-烯酸酯(8Z)-2,3-dihydroxypropyl heptadec-8-enoate,5];其他类:(4E)-2-(二十六酰胺)-4-十八碳烯-1,3-二醇(4E)-2-(hexacosancanoylamino)-4-octadecene-1,3-diol,6]、反式-3-氧代-β-紫罗兰酮(E)-3-oxo-β-ionone,7]、肉桂醇(cinnamic alcohol,8)、海藻糖(trehalose,9)。结论化合物1、5~8为首次从卤虫属内分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To study chemical constituents of the hiemal dormant egg of the marine organism Artemia salina B.& S.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20 column,ODS column chromatographies,semi-preparative HPLC and preparative TLC.Chemical characters and spectroscopic analysis were employed for the structure identification.Results Nine compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as:3β-hydroxy-cholesta-5-en-7-one(1),stigmasterol(2),cholesterol(3),palmityl glycerin ester(4),(8Z)-2,3-dihydroxypropyl heptadec-8-enoate(5),(4E)-2-(hexacosancanoylamino)-4-octadecene-1,3-diol(6),(E)-3-oxo-β-ionone(7),cinnamic alcohol(8)and trehalose(9).Conclusions Compounds 1,5-8 are isolated from the genus Artemia L.for the first time.
