| 摘 要： | 目的探讨边缘型人格障碍的防御方式。方法采用防御方式问卷,对30名BPD患者进行测试,并以30名抑郁症患者和30名正常人进行对照研究。结果BPD患者的不成熟防御方式与抑郁症组没有显著差异,明显高于正常组;BPD患者的分裂,投射,潜意显现,被动攻击明显高于正常组,差异有显著性;BPD患者比抑郁症患者更多的使用分裂,投射,潜意显现的防御方式。结论BPD患者多使用分裂,投射,潜意显现的特定的防御方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the defense styles of patients with borderline personality disorder.Method 30 patients with BPD,30 patients with neurotic depression,30 normal control were assessed with DSQ(Defensive Style Questionnaire).Results 1.Patients with BPD had no special higher score than patients with neurotic depression,but had special higher than normal group.(p<0.01) 2.Patients with BPD had higher scores of projection,splitting,acting out,passive aggression than normal.3.BPD use more projection,splitting,acting out than depression.Conclusion:Patients with BPD had special defense style. |
