| 摘 要： | 本文综述了类风湿关节炎（RA）诊断和治疗方面的进展,重点强调2010年美国风湿病学会（ACR）和欧洲抗风湿病联盟（EULAR）提出的RA分类标准及2010年EULAR和国际指导委员会发表的RA治疗指南和原则。解释了推出新诊断标准的环境,及其临床意义。RA治疗总原则是进行目标治疗,应进行达标治疗及相应的随诊治疗。
