| 摘 要： | 目的探讨三黄胶囊对淋病奈瑟菌耐药质粒的消除作用。方法选取10株2008年在四川省医学科学院.四川省人民医院皮肤病性病研究所门诊淋病患者中分离鉴定的淋病奈瑟菌作为实验菌株,并测定其质粒谱;将实验菌株接种于含亚抑菌浓度的三黄胶囊培养基上分别作用24、48、72小时,观察其消质效果。结果三黄胶囊对淋病奈瑟菌的亚抑菌浓度为2.667 mg/ml;三黄胶囊对淋病奈瑟菌耐药质粒具有消除作用,且随着作用时间的延长,消除效果越明显(P=0.000);作用72小时后,质粒阴转率达到90%,与消质前相比,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论三黄胶囊具有消质作用,随着时间的延长效果越明显。 |
