沙利度胺胃漂浮片的研制

目的:根据流体动力学平衡控释系统原理研制沙利度胺胃漂浮片,并评价其体外释药的特性。方法:用正交设计对片剂的处方进行筛选和优化制备沙利度胺胃漂浮片,并评价其体外释药的特性。结果:以优选的处方所制备的片剂,体外释药性能良好,符合一级动力学方程,持续释药达8 h以上。结论:该片剂具有明显的漂浮和缓释作用,制备工艺简便易行。

Preparation of Thalidomide floating sustained-release tablets

Objective To evaluate the control release behavior in vitro of the floating tablets newly developed depending on the hydrodynamically balanced drug delivery system(HBS).Method The formulation of the tablets was optimized by an orthogonal experiment design test.Results The release profile of the tablets conformed to the drug release was sustained in vitro for more than 8 h.Conclusion The floating and sustained-release effect of the tablets is attainable.
