摘    要:目的:探讨一种能彻底清除腋臭大汗腺的方法,力求达到根治腋臭的最佳效果。方法:69例腋臭患者,选用皮瓣法手术。作平行于腋窝皱襞的两条切口,使腋毛区皮肤等分三段,皮下分离形成皮瓣。在皮瓣掀起剪除大汗腺分泌部之后,用高频电刀及普通双极电凝电灼大汗腺根部。结果:所有腋臭患者术后随访3~24个月,其中67例完全无臭味,2例臭味残留。高频电刀电灼瘢痕不明显,上肢活动无影响。而普通双极电凝电灼瘢痕明显。结论:高频电刀电灼大汗腺残留根部辅助皮瓣法治疗腋臭能有效提高手术的有效率。

Abstract:Objective In order to achieve the best effect of deodorization, The method of gland apocrine glands radical excision of osmidrosis by high-frequency electrocagulation was verified. Methods Sixty-nine patients of 14~38 years old with osmidrosis had been treated by operation of incision flap.The patients were operated with two horizontal fold smicroincisions. The area of armpit hair was devided into three section. Abrupted under subcutis and formed flap. Then the rootage of gland apocrine glands of 64 cases was electrocagulated with high-frequency electrocagulation after flap was lifted and the major part of the glands was dissected.Other five cases was electrocagulated with general two electrode electrocagulation. Results Effect a radical cure was found in 69 patients. And 67 patients were non-smell thoroughly, two patients were residually after 3 to 24 months postoperatively. There were no scar contraction and limitation of upper arm movement in patients treated with high-frequency electrocagulation assistance. Otherwise, there were scar contraction obviously in the patienst treated by general two electrode electrocagulation. Conclusion The method of residual gland apocrine glands electrocagulated with high-frequency electrocogulation could improve the surgical results of osmidrosis.
