摘    要:目的探讨护士长岗位培训临床见习的教学组织与实施模式及效果。方法对2010年3月至2012年12月在医院临床见习的护士长,采用护理管理临床实践、护理个案追踪查房、护理案例分析、以反馈问题为主的座谈会等多样化教学方式。结果见习护士长对临床见习总体满意度达到97.10%,见习护士长通过座谈会对教学医院反馈了临床见习中发现的29条问题,并提出一些建设性意见。结论护士长岗位培训临床见习的组织与实施,提高了见习护士长岗位胜任能力,有利于带教老师与见习护士长教学相长及教学医院护理质量的持续改进。

Abstract:Objective To explore the organization and implementation mode and effects of clinical pratice of head nurses' post training. Methods Head nurses practicing in clinical from 2010 March and 2012 December were recruited and received diversified teaching such as clinical practice of nursing manage- ment, nursing ward round of case tracking, nursing case analysis and symposium. Results The overall satisfaction of the head nurses trainees was 97.01%. A to- tal of 29 issues and some constructive advices were proposed by the head nurses trainees. Conclusion The organization and implementation of clinical teaching of head nurses'post training can improve the position competence of the head nurses trainees, expand the management ideas both of teaching hospitals and head nurses trainees, help clinical teachers and head nurses learn from each other and promote the continuous improvement of teaching hospitals' nursing quality.
