系统性红斑狼疮女性患者主观幸福感与社会支持的相关性分析

目的 调查系统性红斑狼疮女性患者的主观幸福感和社会支持的现状,并分析两者的相关性.方法 采用纽芬兰纪念大学幸福感量表和社会支持评定量表对200例系统性红斑狼疮女性患者主观幸福感和社会支持状况进行调查.结果 系统性红斑狼疮女性患者的主观幸福感总分为（10.42±2.62）分,处于低等水平；社会支持水平低于全国常模（P＜0.01）,系统性红斑狼疮女性患者主观幸福感与客观支持、主观支持及社会支持总分呈正相关（P＜0.05）.结论 护士应通过各种不同的措施,增加系统性红斑狼疮女性患者的社会支持,从而提高其主观幸福感.

Correlation between subjective well-being and social support in systemic lupus erythematosus female patients

Objective To investigate the status of subjective well -being and social support in female systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） patients, and to analyze their correlation. Methods The subjective well - being and social support condition of 200 female SLE patients were investigated with well - being scale and social support rating scale （SSRS）. Results The subjective well - being of female SLE patients was （ 10.42 ± 2.62 ）, which was at a low level. The level of social support was lower than the national norm （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and was positively correlated with objective support, subjective support and the total score of social support （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nurses should take various measures to increase patients＇ social support, so as to improve their subjective well - being.
