连续性肾脏替代疗法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭合并急性左心力衰竭的护理

目的:探察对患有慢性肾功能衰竭并伴随有急性左心力衰竭的患者进行连续性肾脏替代疗法治疗,并从血管通路、并发症等方面对患者实施护理措施对患者治疗效果的影响。方法:2012年3~10月住院的慢性肾功能衰竭并发急性左心力衰竭患者中随机抽取30例,采用连续性肾脏替代疗法对所选患者进行治疗,并对患者实施一系列护理工作。记录并比较治疗前后患者的肾功能与心脏功能改善情况。结果:30例患者经治疗与护理后,其血尿素氮与血肌酐含量明显下降,左心射血分数明显上升;血液内的钙、钠含量也有所降低。结论:慢性肾功能衰竭并发急性左心力衰竭患者在接受了连续性肾脏替代疗法治疗及相应护理干预后,其肾、心脏功能获得有效改善,值得临床推广。

The Effects of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy and Nursing Intervention on the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure with Acute Left Heart Failure Patients

Objective To research the impacts of comprehensive nursing intervention from vascular access to complication and the con-tinuous renal replacement therapy on chronic renal failure with acute left heart failure patients. Method During the time of March 2012 to October 2012,30 chronic renal failure with acute left heart failure patients were selected and treated by continuous renal replacement thera-py as well as a series of comprehensive nursing intervention. Recording and comparing the renal and cardiac function improvements of the patients. Results After a series of nursing and CCRT treatments,the BuN and the scr of the 30 patients were declined greatly and the LVEF of them also rised greatly. The Calcium,sodium content in blood were also dropped. Conclusion The renal and cardiac function of chronic renal failure with acute left heart failure patients are improved greatly after continuous renal replacement therapy and comprehensive nursing intervention,it is worth to be used in clinical.
