2型糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗及护理体会

目的:探讨2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床治疗及护理效果。方法:选择90例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分成观察组及对照组,每组45例。在控制血糖的基础上,对照组给予丹参注射液静脉滴注治疗及常规护理,观察组给予甲钴胺肌注联合通心络胶囊口服治疗及护理干预,连续治疗21d。观察两组临床疗效及药物不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率91.1%,显著高于对照组的57.8%,差异有统计这意义(P<0.01),正中神经及腓总神经神经传导速度恢复程度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),无明显不良反应。结论:在护理干预的基础上,甲钴胺联合通心络胶囊治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变可显著提高疗效,促进神经传导功能的恢复,是值得临床推广的一种有效治疗方案。

Treatment and nursing experience of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To explore the type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy clinical treatment and nursing effect. Method 90 cases of type 2 diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathy,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group. In the control of glucose based on Salvia miltiorrhiza injection,control group was given intravenous therapy and conventional nursing, observation group were given intramuscular injection combined with Mecobalamin Tongxinluo capsule oral treatment and nursing interven-tion,continuous treatment 21d. To observe two groups of clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 91. 1%,it was significantly higher than 57. 8% of control group（ P﹤0. 01 ）,the median nerve and peroneal nerve conduction velocity recovery compared with the control group there were significant difference（ P﹤0. 05 ）,without obvious adverse reac-tion. Conclusion Nursing intervention based on,Mecobalamin Combined with Tongxinluo capsule in treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy can significantly increase the effect,promote the functional recovery of nerve conduction,is worth the clinical promoted an effec-tive treatment plan.
