| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨不同护理健康教育方式对肠镜诊疗前肠道准备效果情况。方法:分析进行结肠镜检查患者200例临床资料,依据健康教育方式不同进行临床分组,护理A组100例和护理B组100例。结果:护理B组肠道准备依从性明显高于护理A组,护理B组肠道清洁效果分级明显高于护理A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:录音讲解联合电话回访方式对肠镜诊疗前肠道准备应用后可以明显提高患者依从性和肠道清洁效果,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach effect of intestinal tract preparation of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment by different methods nurs-ing health education. Method To analyze 200 cases clinical data of colonoscopy which was to be divided into two groups,nursing A group 100 cases and nursing B group 100 cases. Results The bowel preparation compliance of nursing B group was better than nursing A group, cleaning effect of the grading of nursing B group was better than nursing A group,the difference was statistical significance（ P﹤0. 05 ） . Conclusion The patient compliance and the cleaning effect of intestinal tract preparation of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment by record-ing on joint call mode is improved,which is to be used. |
