康惠尔敷料治疗压疮的疗效观察

目的:观察康惠尔敷料对患者压疮的治疗效果,为临床上压疮治疗提供依据。方法:将46例并发有压疮患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组23例,实验组采用康惠尔外贴创面治疗,对照组采用传统的方法治疗,评估两组治愈率及治愈时间,观察两组压疮生长及愈合情况。结果:实验组治愈率(73.9%)显著高于对照组(34.8%),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治愈时间显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于常规治疗手段,康惠尔敷料可提高压疮患者治愈率,缩短治愈时间,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical effect of Comfeel Dressings on healing of pressure ulcers

Objective To observe the effect of Comfeel Dressings using on the treatment of the pressure ulcer and explore the effective treatment on the therapy for bedsore. Method 46 patients with the bedsore were randomly divided into treatment group and control group in a double-blind,randomized active-controlled trial. The treatment group were treated with Comfeel Dressings,while The control group were treated with the routine treatment. all patients were evaluated with the healing rate,coalescence time and observed the surface of a wound time heals. Results The healing rate of the bedsore of the treatment group（ 73. 9%）was significantly higher the controls（ 34. 8%）. the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05 ）. The coalescence time of the treatment group was significantly lessen than the controls （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with the routine treatment,the Comfeel Dressings using on the treatment of the bedsore can improved the curative effect and shorten the coalescence time and it is worth popularizing to use of the clinic.
