血尿酸水平在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期中的临床意义

目的:探讨血清尿酸(UA)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)中的临床意义及其与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)严重程度的相关性,并探讨其临床意义。方法:AECOPD组60例,根据AECOPD患者治疗后,根据肺功能分为:轻度COPD组(12例),中度COPD组(15例),重度COPD组(18例),极重度COPD组(15例),对照组为60例健康老年人,分别监测各组血清尿酸水平。结果:AECOPD组血尿酸显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),COPD分级越重,其血清尿酸水平越高,其间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:AECOPD组血尿酸水平高于对照组,且血清尿酸水平与COPD的严重程度有关,有重要临床意义。

Clinical significance serum uric acid levels in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation

Objective To investigate the significanceserum of uric acid（ UA）in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exac-erbation（ AECOPD）,and its relationship with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD）severity,and to explore its clinical signifi-cancehe. Method 60 patients were as AECOPD group,60 patients were as AECOPD group after treatment,according to the lung function were divided into：mild COPD group（12 cases）,moderate COPD group（15 cases）,severe COPD group（18 cases）,very severe COPD group（15 cases）. 60 healthy elderly were as control group,and monitoring the level of the serum uric acid respectivelyt. Results The level of serum uric acid,in AECOPD group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant（ P﹤0. 05 ）,COPD classification heavier,the serum uric acid level was higher,there was significant difference between them（ P﹤0. 05）. Conclusion Levels of serum uric acid of AECOPD patients are higher than control group,and the levels of serum uric acid are related with the severity of COPD,and has im-portant clinical significance.
