反复上呼吸道感染患儿的双门诊联合诊治方式探讨

目的:探讨小儿反复上呼吸道感染(上感)儿科联合耳鼻喉科门诊对于明确反复上感的诊断及临床疗效。方法:儿科门诊收治的反复上呼吸道感染患儿206例,随机分为两组,联合组就诊于儿科及耳鼻喉科门诊,并完善耳鼻喉科专科检查及给予专科治疗。结果:联合组有效率(94.5%)较小儿门诊组(78.3%)明显;6周内上感症状消退稳定时间联合组(97.1%)较小儿门诊组(63%)疗效明显。结论:双门诊模式对于反复上感儿的诊断及治疗均有明显帮助。

The explore of double clinic diagnosis and treatment methods in recurrent respiratory infection children

Objective Discussion on repeated infantile respiratory tract infection combined with Department of ENT outpatient department of Pediatrics and pediatric clinic forand clinical diagnosis of recurrent respiratory infection children.Methods From the outpatient department of Pediatrics of repeated upper respiratory tract infection in 206 cases,were randomly divided into the outpatient department of Pediatrics group 101 cases,105 cases of combined group.The single received treatment in the outpatient department of pediatricsoutpatient department of Pediatrics group,combined group and treatment inpediatric and outpatient department of ENT,Department of ENT and perfect thespecial inspection and give special treatment,the two groups were treated for 7 days.Results Combination（94.5%） than in pediatric outpatient group（78.3%） significantly;6 weeks on the symptoms subsided stability time combined group（97.1%） than inpediatric outpatient group（63%）.Conclusion Diagnosis and treatment of pediatric outpatient outpatient department of Pediatrics and Department of ENT were combined for the repeated upper respiratory tract infection significantly help.
