电离子治疗仪治疗多发性跖疣的临床疗效观察

目的:评价电离子治疗仪治疗多发性跖疣的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选择96例多发性跖疣患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组48例。治疗组患者采用电离子治疗仪治疗,1次/月,连续治疗2~3次;对照组患者采用液氮冷冻,1次/月,连续治疗2~3次。结果:治疗组患者治疗后治愈率为60.42%,显效率为33.33%,进步率为6.25%,无效率为0%,总有效率为93.75%;对照组患者治疗后治愈率为41.67%,显效率为31.25%,进步率为27.08%,无效率为0%,总有效率为72.92%。治疗组与对照组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(x2=6.075,P=0.014)。两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论:电离子治疗仪治疗多发性跖疣是安全的、有效的。

Clinical investigation of electron-ion therapy in the treatment of patients with mutiple plantar warts

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of electron-ion therapy in the treatment of plantar warts.Methods Nity-six outpatients with mutiple plantar warts were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.Forty-eight patients in treatment group were treated with electron-ion therapy once a month for 2 to 3 times.Forty-eight patients in control group were treated with cryotherapy once a month for 2 to 3 times.Results The Results of treatment group after treatment showed that the cured rate,effective rate,improvement rate,no effect rate and total effect rate were 60.42%,33.33%,6.25%,0%and 93.75%,respectively.The Results of control group after treatment showed that the cured rate,effective rate,improvement rate,no effect rate and total effect rates were 41.67%,31.25%,27.08%,0%and 72.92%respectively. The effect rate in treatment group was significant higher than that of control group（x2=6.075,P=0.014）.No marked side effect occurred in both groups.Conclusion This investigation indicates that electron-ion therapy is an efficacy and safety therapy in the treatment of multiple plantar warts.
