硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压合并糖尿病患者116例临床效果分析

目的:研究硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压合并糖尿病患者116例的临床疗效。方法:选取高血压合并糖尿病患者120例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。两组患者均给予降糖治疗,对照组给予厄贝沙坦进行治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予硝苯地平缓释片,比较两组的临床疗效、血压、尿微量白蛋白和不良反应。结果:研究组总有效率93.3%(56/60)显著高于对照组的76.7%(46/60),两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者血压和尿微量白蛋白均较治疗前降低,与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组血压和尿微量白蛋白显著低于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:硝苯地平缓释片联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压合并糖尿病具有较好的临床疗效,血压控制较好。

Clinical efficacy of nifedipine and irbesartan in the treatment of 116 cases of patients with hypertension and di-abetes

Objective To study clinical efficacy of nifedipine and irbesartan in the treatment of 116 cases of patients with hypertension and diabetes . Method 120 patients were admitted to our hospital with hypertension and diabetes,were randomly divided into study group and control group 60 cases,patients were given hypoglycemic therapy,the control group received irbesartan treatment,study group received nifedipine on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared,blood pressure,urine albumin and adverse re-actions. Results The overall response rate was 93. 3%（ 56 /60 ）,which was significantly higher than 76. 7%（ 46 /60 ）,the difference was statistically significant（ P﹤0. 05）;groups of patients blood pressure and urinary albumin were lower than before treatment,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P﹤0. 05）,and the research group of blood pressure and urinary albumin was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P ﹤0. 05 ）;adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant（ P﹥0. 05 ）. Conclusion Nifedipine and irbesartan in the treatment of hypertension and diabetes have better clinical efficacy,better blood pressure control.
