妊娠期高血压疾病患者BNP水平变化及临床意义

目的:观察妊娠期高血压疾病患者BNP水平及临床意义。方法:选择就诊的妊娠期高血压疾病患者42例为试验组,同期妊娠晚期健康妇女20例为正常对照组。采用免疫荧法法检测BNP。结果:妊娠期高血压疾病BNP高于对照组(P<0.05)。妊娠期高血压疾病不同分类组中,妊娠高血压、子痫前期(轻度)、子痫前期(重度)、子痫血清BNP水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着病情的发展,BNP水平逐渐升高。结论:血浆BNP水平与妊娠期高血压疾病的严重程度密切相关,妊娠期高血压疾病患者BNP水平的变化对判断病情严重程度及评价疗效有一定的临床价值。

Clinical significance and BNP levels in patients with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy

Objective To explore the clinical value of plasma BNP in paLients with hypertensive disorders complicaung pregnan- cy. Method 42 hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy patients were collected as the experimental group and 33 healthy advanced pregnant women as control group, Measured by Immunefluorescence assay plasma BNP. Results BNP in patients with hypertensive disor- ders complicating pregnancy group was significantly higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）, With the development of disease ,BNP were gradually increased. Conclusion The levels of plasma BNP in HDCP patients are correlated with se- verity of patient＇s condition. Observation of plasma BNP have some clinical value for judging the severity and assessing the therapeutic effects.
