文拉法辛缓释片联合认知疗法治疗抑郁症的疗效观察

目的:评价文拉法辛缓释片联合认知疗法治疗抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法:48例抑郁症患者随机分成两组,对照组使用文拉法辛缓释片治疗,联合组采用文拉法辛缓释片联合认知疗法治疗,疗程为6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-24)和药物不良反应评定疗效及安全性。结果:治疗2周末,两组HAMD评分比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。治疗4周末、6周末两组HAMD评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6周末两组药物剂量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:文拉法辛缓释片联合认知疗法治疗抑郁症的临床疗效好,药物剂量低。

Efficacy of venlafaxine sustained release tablet combined with cognitive therapy in the treatment of depression

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of venlafaxine sustained release tablet combined with cognitive therapy in the treatment of depression. Method 48 patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with venlafaxine sustained release tablet and the combination group was treated with venlafaxine sustained release tablet as well as cognitive ther-apy for 6 weeks. Using the Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD - 24）and the adverse drug reactions to assess the efficacy and safety of both therapies. Results The HAMD scores of two groups had no significant difference after treatment for 2 weeks（ P﹥0. 05 ）. After treat-ment for 4 or 6 weeks,there was significant difference of HAMD scores between two groups（P﹤0. 05）. The drug dosage of two groups had significant difference after treatment for 6 weeks（ P ﹤0. 05 ）. Conclusion Venlafaxine sustained release tablet combined with cognitive therapy can enhance the clinical curative effect of depression and low dose of drug was only needed.
