社区护理中健康宣传教育对育龄妇女甲状腺疾病的效果探讨

目的:分析社区护理中加强健康宣传教育对育龄女性甲状腺疾病的控制效果。方法:选择以健康宣传教育为主的社区护理的甲状腺疾病患者42例(研究组),并选择接受必要性常规护理的甲状腺疾病患者40例(对照组),以两组甲状腺机能亢进症(甲亢)患者为例,对比护理干预前后患者的TSH、FT4及TPOAb水平,及两组的妊娠或分娩不良情况。结果:研究组甲亢患者TSH、FT4及TPOAb水平在护理干预后改善效果均更显著;对两组妊娠与非妊娠患者分别随访至分娩和妊娠后显示,研究组妊娠和分娩中发生不良情况率均更低(P<0.05)。结论:社区护理中加强健康宣传教育对育龄女性甲状腺疾病控制效果显著,可有效改善妊娠和分娩情况,值得推广。

The effect discussion about health propaganda and education of community care for women of childbearing age in the thyroid disease

Objective To analyse the control effect about health propaganda and education of community care for women of childbearing age in the thyroid disease.Methods 42 cases of patients with thyroid disease were selected（the research group）,and 40 cases of patients with thyroid disease were selected（the control group）,then compared the TSH,FT4,TPOAb level of the patients with hyperthyroidism of the two groups before and after the nursing intervention,and compared the adverse situation of pregnancy or childbirth of the two groups.Results The effects were more significant of the TSH,FT4,TPOAb level of the two groups after the nursing intervention,and the adverse event rates were all lower in pregnancy and childbirth of the the research group of patients with pregnancy and no pregnancy,after follow-up to childbirth and pregnancy respectively （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion The control effect about health propaganda and education of community care for women of childbearing age in the thyroid disease is significant,it can effectively improve the situation of pregnancy and childbirth,and it is worth promoting in the clinic.
